Upon termination for cause, pk11 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pk11 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be completed in the normal course.
