• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of 5 years after account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the business relationship.
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of 3 years for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

12 Children & Minors

pk11 is strictly an adult platform. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR, access to pk11 is limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. pk11 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During the registration process, pk11 requires all players to confirm that they are 21 or older. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
